The manufacturing process begins with the selection and preparation of qualified wood or decorative surface materials. The slats are precision-cut, processed, and finished according to the required dimensions, spacing, color, and surface specification. The finished slats are then accurately assembled onto an acoustic backing material to create a stable and uniform panel structure. Each panel is inspected throughout production for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, color consistency, slat alignment, and overall finish. Different panel sizes, wood finishes, slat configurations, backing materials, and installation requirements can be customized according to project specifications.
