Manufacturing Description Hui Acoustics manufactures Wooden Slat Acoustic Panels using a controlled production process that combines decorative wood slats with an acoustic backing layer to achieve both aesthetic and acoustic performance. The manufacturing process begins with the selection and preparation of qualified wood or decorative surface materials. The slats are precision-cut, processed, and finished according to the required dimensions, spacing, color, and surface specification. The finished slats are then accurately assembled onto an acoustic backing material to create a stable and uniform panel structure. Each panel is inspected throughout production for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, color consistency, slat alignment, and overall finish. Different panel sizes, wood finishes, slat configurations, backing materials, and installation requirements can be customized according to project specifications. With factory-direct manufacturing capabilities, Hui Acoustics supports OEM/ODM production, bulk orders, distributor requirements, and customized acoustic solutions for commercial and architectural projects worldwide.
